Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. Located in Greater Campinas, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the executive s diary, and offering executive support. The role may also include coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Managing Director s schedule and responsibilities.
Key responsibilities - Including, but not limited to :
- calendar & schedule management
- communication coordination (e.g. : emails, phone calls, meetings, correspondences, etc)
- travel & logistics arrangements
- meeting coordination & support
- document & report preparation, handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality
- liaison & stakeholder engagement, event and project support
- translating materials and documents (providing language support during meetings, presentation, including simultaneous interpretation)
- overseeing payment control for Facilities & Utilities bills, including consumption accounts for the office and any other locations on behalf of Corlib (e.g., building maintenance, rental agreements, water, electricity, telephone bills, etc)

Qualifications
Languages (mandatory) : Fluent in Portuguese, Fluent in Chinese, good proficiency in English for a professional communicationFully capable for translating from Chinese to PortugueseBachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plusExperience minimum 02 years as Executive Administrative AssistanceStrong Communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools, e.g., Office 365Highly desirable : proficiency with tools like Jira, Lark, zoho email, or similar appsAbility to work independently and handle confidential information
