Service Deployment Program Manager (2 openings) - Contractor

Location : Remote (occasional travel to client sites; expenses covered)About the Role

We are supporting one of our clients in the search for an experiencedService Deployment Program Managerto lead the implementation of complex technology platforms in on-premises environments.

This professional will oversee all phases of service delivery — from planning and coordination to testing and deployment — ensuring successful integration and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

Lead Deployment Projects : Manage end-to-end platform deployments in on-premises environments, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Service Delivery Management : Oversee all aspects of service delivery and ensure alignment with client requirements and best practices.

RACI Development : Define roles and responsibilities across stakeholders to ensure clarity and accountability throughout the project.

Network Design & Documentation : Create detailed network diagrams and ensure compliance with security standards.

Testing & Validation : Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering performance, functionality, and security.

Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and technical teams, maintaining transparent communication and progress tracking.

Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks, propose mitigations, and ensure smooth execution of deployments.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement : Maintain detailed documentation and propose process enhancements for future projects.Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience : 10+ years of experience in project / program management focused onon-premises platform deployments .

Technical Knowledge :

Strong understanding ofnetwork architecture, integrations (API, DevOps) , andplatform deployment models .

Hands-on experience creatingRACIs, test plans , and managing complex delivery timelines.

Project Management : Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

Certifications : PMP or similar certification highly desirable.

Mindset : Analytical, proactive, and focused on delivery excellence.
