Game Producer (Mid To Senior, Full Cycle)

762 Interactive is looking for an experienced Game Producer to join our studio and help bring to life Project Kingpin, an ambitious and fresh take on crime-strategy and management games. We’re searching for someone with strong production instincts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for bringing teams together to deliver high-quality, player-focused experiences.

You’ll coordinate across design, development, and art to drive milestones, organize workflows, and keep the team aligned from prototype to launch. This role requires both hands-on project management and the ability to think strategically about the production process as we scale the studio.

This is a remote position.

In this Role You Will :

• Manage full-cycle production, from prototype to full release, ensuring milestones are clear, realistic, and achieved.
• Build and maintain production schedules, roadmaps, and task boards. Work with discipline leads to determine the time and resources needed to complete projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflows between design, art, and engineering teams.
• Track progress, anticipate risks, and adjust priorities to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status clearly to leadership.
• Help define production processes and best practices as part of a growing studio. Ensure the team has what they need to produce high-quality work efficiently and on time.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and solution-oriented team culture.
