(Sr.) Strategy & Operations Director

If you bring the above, this role is for you :

• ~10 years of professional experience being some years in management consulting, strategy roles or investment banking & relevant years in operational leadership and scaling roles essential. We're looking for someone who's experienced a scale up, dynamic, fast paced environments and similar challenge.
• Experience growing and leading large teams. Ability to lead leaders while being hands-on with key challenges.
• Strong background in complex operations — logistics, supply, customer experience, etc.
• Strong experience working across functions : Product, Engineering, Growth, etc.
• Vision for scale and operational excellence
• Strong problem-solving ability and structured thinking. Structured, analytical profile with a practical mindset and strong execution focus.
• B2C experience strongly preferred
• Builder mentality : construct, don’t just maintain
• Mandatory fluency in Portuguese and English

This role sits in São Paulo, Brazil, and it's an on-site position. If you're not in SP, you need to be able to relocate.

We are looking for a (Sr.) Strategy & Operations Director to play a key role in shaping and scaling patient care operations for a fast-growing digital health company (Series C). You’ll be responsible for defining what patient care means at scale, leading a rapidly expanding team, and ensuring operational excellence as we grow rapidly within a year. The position reports to the Global Director.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder someone who thrives on designing systems from scratch and solving complex problems in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
