What You’ll Do

  • Build and ship full-stack features from idea to production using React / Next.js on the frontend and NestJS on the backend.
  • Design scalable APIs, data models, and UIs that solve user and business problems.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and AI engineers to integrate machine learning or LLM features.
  • Own performance, code quality, and security best practices across the stack.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
  • Help architect and evolve systems as they scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience with React and Node-based frameworks (preferred).
  • Strong expertise with React, Next.js, TailwindCSS , and TypeScript.
  • Solid backend experience with NestJS , REST APIs, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with authentication, access control, file uploads, and security standards.
  • Comfortable using AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor , or similar to boost speed and quality.
  • Experience deploying to AWS, Vercel, or similar platforms.
  • Git, Docker, and CI / CD experience.
  • Bonus : healthcare, HIPAA, or EMR integration experience.
