Position Purpose
To understand business requirements and processes and identify business technology and / or process & information opportunities, working with business and IT managers to develop, implement and maintain solutions which deliver business value within agreed timelines and budgets.
Major / Key Accountabilities
Elicits, analyzes, and documents requirements (business, functional, and non-functional)Works with key stakeholders to prioritize requirements most beneficial to the businessEnsures compliance with Global IT strategies, enterprise architecture, and best practices as well as all relevant local / regional / global governmental regulationsReinforce the project goals and objectives to prevent scope creep / gold platingRecommends solution options which directly impact the success of a project or initiativeEffectively communicates with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, systems analysts, developers, and quality assurance analysts to ensure requirements are clearly stated, buildable, and testableOversees the successful completion of User Acceptance Testing, tracking testing progress and defect resolutionChallenges / Problem Solving

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, relevant business field preferredCertifications preferred :IIBA - ECBA, CCBA, CBAPPMI - PBAEquivalent combination of education / experienceDesirable Qualifications
