We provide a modern and convenient "last mile" transport.

We are looking for a City Manager for Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to manage our upcoming operations there.

• Responsibilities
• Service center work organization : repair, maintenance and charging of electric scooters.
• Searching contractors and performers for service center activity (including drivers, mechanics, coordinators, keepers).
• Everyday organization and operational management of a service team full cycle work.
• Placement in the city and collection of scooters for repairing and charging at a service center.
• Organization of scooters monitoring and control using the IT platform and special software.
• Key performance indicators control and achievement.
• Solving current operational issues with authorities, administration, police.
• Interaction with counterparties and suppliers of spare parts.
• Spare parts planning and inventory
• Requirements
• Fluent English
• Experience in Logistics
• Ability to work in multitasking atmosphere
• Management experience
• Ability to build effective processes
• Experience in B2C market
• Experience in managing service centers will be a big advantage
