We are seeking a results-driven and self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven Point of Sale (POS) industry experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving the early stages of the sales funnel. You’ll play a key role in prospecting and qualifying leads that directly contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, , and other channels to generate and qualify leads.
  • Leverage your POS experience to engage with retail, hospitality, and restaurant owners with confidence and credibility.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our POS solution and tailor messaging to address customer pain points.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors in the POS space.

Requirements

  • B2 / C1 English Proficiency
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role.
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems is a must (e.g., Toast, Clover, Square, Lightspeed, Revel, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Goal-oriented and driven by metrics and performance.
