Enjoy a collaborative and innovative work environment that values your expertise and supports your professional development.What are we looking forWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to lead the maintenance strategy, execution, and performance optimization across our fleet of Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) and Platform Supply Vessels (PSV).This role is critical in ensuring vessel reliability, regulatory compliance, and asset longevity through robust preventive maintenance programs, performance monitoring, and advanced ERP system (IFS) integration.What you will be doingLeading the development and execution of preventive maintenance plans across the fleet in collaboration with our Technical Management team.Managing maintenance KPIs and dashboards, leveraging data insights to drive performance.Overseeing and continuously improve the IFS ERP system, including master data, reporting, and troubleshooting.Coordinating critical spare parts planning, availability, and export compliance.Ensuring full compliance with Class, flag, and client audit requirements (e.g., OVID, CMID).Championing continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and optimization initiatives.Providing technical guidance to onboard Chief Engineers and shore teams.Prepare and control the maintenance budget and support lifecycle asset management.QualificationsBachelor's in mechanical / marine engineering, Naval Architecture, or similar subjects.Chief Engineer license (Unlimited) or significant offshore vessel maintenance experience.8+ years in leadership roles within AHTS / PSV or OSV fleets.Proficiency in IFS or similar ERP maintenance systems is a strong advantage.Candidates with solid hands-on technical expertise will also be considered.In-depth knowledge of offshore vessel systems, DP, propulsion, and deck machinery.Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ABS, DNV, Lloyd's, and Brazilian regulatory frameworks (e.g., NORMAMs).Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.How to ApplyIf you can imagine yourself in this role, we look very much forward to hearing from you.
