Job overviewAs a sales assistant, to work closely and provide support to the sales team while ensuring to provide professional and excellent customer services and support the overall sales process.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for communicating and coordinating with other sales colleagues in the company to work and reach requirements of clients.Monitor and control the client's order until it is delivered.It is necessary to always be attentive to keep an eye on the progress of their order.
- Provide a service quotation when some type of service is requested by the clients.
- Search, collect and support data work for sales department including creating necessary presentation reports to support other sales colleagues and teams.
- Support and work closely with the account manager in planning of sales processes and sales management.
- Responsible for sales support jobs when it is necessarily required from time to time.
- Required qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
- Have 1 or 2 years of experience in sales.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Able to do market research and understand the market need.
- Proficiency in English includes speaking, writing, and reading.
Other languages, like Chinese, might be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Have strong organizational skills, be confident, and be a good listener.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
