Scrum Master

Must Haves :

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience supporting Data Analytics / Data Science teams
• Experience working for international enterprise companies
• Strong experience with Azure Devops
• Bilingual in English

Day to Day :

A Fortune 100 client is needing a Scrum Master to join their enterprise Data Management Operations team. You will be responsible for 2 pods of Data Engineers and Data Modelers. A successful candidate will have expertise acting as a Scrum Master within enterprise environments, preferably within application development Agile team. The team that you would be joining is focused on ensuring on-time delivery for data products within subset organizations. This team spans across Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Science lines of business and a successful candidate will need to know how to navigate between teams as priorities and deliverables change. Project work is a blend of onshore and offshore developers so ability to manage time efficiently is key for success. Need to have prior experience being a Scrum Master over Data Engineers / Data Modelers or within a Data Analytics team. Needs to be very strong with Azure Devops.
