We are seeking a Brazil Business Unit Leader to guide the strategic growth of our offices in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, focusing on ports, marine terminals, coastal, water resources / stormwater, transportation, energy, environmental, and urban development markets.

The ideal candidate will lead the team to :

• Achieve company and client objectives; enhance satisfaction through effective operations; staff management and development;
• Manage project resources, including subconsultants and vendors;
• Oversee project phases ensuring compliance with company and client requirements;
• Coordinate with practices and regional management to identify new markets and office locations in Brazil;
• Develop staffing strategies, organizational structure, and manage resources to attract top talent.
