- Leading marketing and sales initiatives and dealer / customer related strategies and processes to ensure dealers deliver superior customer experience and business growth through the use of financial services.
- What you will do
- Enable Caterpillar's go-to-market growth strategies for equipment and aftermarket services sales through the use of special financing and extended protection offers and programs.
- Promote the utilization of Cat® Credits as a platform to drive customer loyalty programs in partnership with Caterpillar industries and dealers.
- Calculate, prepare, deliver and communicate significant data analysis of key business metrics including sales, pricing, profitability and program effectiveness.
Additionally, significant work in the annual business planning cycle with monthly, quarterly and annual performance tracking.
- Develop special event strategies and management of Cat Financial's participation with industry partners and dealers at customer events and trade shows.
- Gather, analyze and report on market trends and the competitive landscape to optimize Caterpillar's decision-making on programs and market strategies.
- Serve as key support role to Cat Financial Sales Manager and their team through the creation of sales leads generated by marketing initiatives.
