I. Job Responsibilities : 1. Brand Communication and Market Promotion Develop and implement brand communication and promotion strategies for the Brazilian market to enhance brand awareness and market influence; Plan and localize marketing content (including video shooting and editing), integrating resources across social media, industry media, and KOLs; Manage platforms such as the official website, EDM (email direct marketing), and digital tools to boost online communication and conversion results; Plan and organize various marketing events such as trade shows and product launches, ensuring effective execution and high-quality delivery. 2. Channel Marketing Support Formulate and implement channel marketing plans, conducting co-marketing activities with channel partners; Track and analyze sales data (sell-in, sell-through, sell-out) to improve marketing ROI; Organize channel training and incentive programs to enhance the sales capability and motivation of channel teams. 3. Other Responsibilities Complete other marketing-related tasks assigned by supervisors and the department to ensure overall project coordination and smooth business progress. II. Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field; Marketing experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry, with knowledge of industry communication channels and customer characteristics; Strong execution skills, capable of independently driving local projects from planning to implementation; Familiar with the Brazilian market, fluent in Portuguese, and proficient in English communication; Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of cross-team collaboration, result-oriented, and highly responsible.
