• Data Quality and Insights : Ensure benefit data is accurate and generate insights through data analysis.
• Healthcare Accredited Network Analysis and Performance Assessment : Drive improvements to enhance the cost and quality effectiveness of the accredited network.
• Benefits Business Cases Development : Prioritize initiatives through feasibility and impact assessments.
• Healthcare Projects Implementation : Manage the rollout of healthcare projects, ensuring timely planning and execution.
• Benefits Communication : Engage employees effectively, providing clear information on benefits, usage, and responsibilities.
• Executive Presentations : Create benefits presentations for stakeholders.
