Hybrid : 02 days of the week working from home. Flexibility might be required.
Role :
- Data Quality and Insights : Ensure benefit data is accurate and generate insights through data analysis.
- Healthcare Accredited Network Analysis and Performance Assessment : Drive improvements to enhance the cost and quality effectiveness of the accredited network.
- Benefits Business Cases Development : Prioritize initiatives through feasibility and impact assessments.
- Healthcare Projects Implementation : Manage the rollout of healthcare projects, ensuring timely planning and execution.
- Benefits Communication : Engage employees effectively, providing clear information on benefits, usage, and responsibilities.
- Executive Presentations : Create benefits presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Intermediate English skills; Spanish is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or related fields.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and other BI tools is a plus.Benefits expertise, especially in health plans.Data analysis skills to interpret benefits-related data.Legal knowledge of laws impacting benefits.Skills / Competencies :
Clear communication skills for explaining benefits to employees.Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Project management skills to oversee benefits projects.Proactive problem-solving abilities.About GM :
