If you are driven to provide an excellent customer experience and work with software this job is for you!What You'll DoAdvise end-users on best practices when using Veeva's applicationsIdentify and resolve client issues associated with Veeva's applicationsBuild strong and professional relationships with all users of Veeva's applicationsProvide recommendations / feedback on client service improvements and product developmentMaintain the highest standards of customer service, quality, and professionalism with customers and coworkersMaintain accurate records of all email / telephone / chat correspondence related to the roleRequirements1+ year relevant experience in a customer service roleEffective communication, organizational, and time management skillsProfessional telephone mannerDemonstrated competence in standard computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese, Spanish, & English)Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutionsNice to HaveFluency in SpanishPerks & BenefitsAllocations for continuous learning & developmentPrivate Health Insurance#LI-RemoteVeeva's headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.Veeva is an equal opportunity employer.
