Evaluate merchant operations and platform profitability to optimize resource allocation, leveraging high-quality merchant supply and subsidy investments.Marketing Innovation : Innovate campaign mechanics based on user demand and supply dynamics.

Design targeted activities for different user segments / scenarios, integrating traffic (on / off-platform), subsidies, and marketing tools.Marketing Project Management : Lead end-to-end campaign execution.

Coordinate cross-functionally (Market, Product, User Ops) for implementation and post-campaign analysis.

Develop replicable best practices and methodologies to empower sales teams.Role ResponsibilitiesMerchant Marketing Strategy : Develop merchant marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Develop replicable best practices and methodologies to empower sales teams.Role Qualifications1-3 years experience in merchant operations at an internet company or food delivery platform (merchant ops, campaign ops, sales management)Native Portuguese proficiency required.

Business fluency in English OR Chinese.Excellent communication skills.
