We started small with a stellar group of designers, engineers, and product folks and we are now excited to start building a world-class sales team. This is where YOU come in the picture!
We are hiring Sales Executives to join our small team in Brazil. You will work closely with our Head of Sales LATAM to hunt, discover and close new deals in Brazil, Mexico and the rest of LATAM. This is a role for self-starters, go-getters, and for folks with agency .
Who is a fit?
- You worked in SaaS before, and / or are obsessed with technology products.
- You are comfortable with the excitement and fast-paced nature of a startup.
- You struggle working in a corporate where work is handed over to you.
- You will go out there, hustle, chase and find a way to get those leads into your pipeline.
- You're resilient and see every rejection as an opportunity to learn and improve.
- You enjoy picking up the phone calling your researched prospects.
- Your outbound game is your biggest strength. Whether it is phone calls, email, Linkedin, etc.
- You are passionate about the science of chasing, hunting, and closing an account.
- You owned and ran deals end-to-end, from prospecting, to discovery, to closing a deal.
- You have some remote experience, and you understand its challenges.
- You can take, and give feedback openly.
- You have high, almost infectious, work energy.
- You are obsessed about reaching your full potential.
- You are thorough, and important details never slip past you.
- You are disciplined, and on-point with your words & actions.
- You want to make a lot of money.
- You can communicate fluently in English (B2 / C1 or above) and Portuguese.
- Spanish fluency is an advantage, but is not required.
