About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Frontend Engineer to join our eight-person engineering and design team based in Brazil and Argentina. This role is an opportunity to play a key part in owning the frontend experience of our platform modules—from eligibility assessments to application tracking dashboards—ensuring our users enjoy clarity, speed, and ease at every step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feature Implementation : Bring complex workflows to life, including our Profile Builder, Application Manager, and Mobility Score dashboards
  • Component Systems : Build and maintain reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS and shadcn / ui
  • Responsive Design : Ensure seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile, with an emphasis on accessibility
  • Data Visualization : Integrate Recharts or similar libraries to visualize mobility assets, citizenship timelines, and user progress
  • Collaboration : Work closely with backend developers and product designers to turn specs into pixel-perfect features

Performance & Optimization : Monitor frontend performance, implement lazy loading, and optimize bundle sizes

Requirements

Tech Stack & Requirements :

Core Frameworks

  • React (with TypeScript)
  • Tailwind CSS, shadcn / ui for component styling

    • Visualization

  • Experience with Recharts or similar visualization tools

    • Testing & QA

  • Unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library)

    • Version Control & CI / CD

  • GitHub / GitHub Actions
  • Comfortable working with CI pipelines and staging environments

    • Desired Experience

  • Experience building customer-facing dashboards or productivity tools
  • Background in global mobility, fintech, or regulated data apps
  • Understanding of accessibility best practices (ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Clerk or similar auth providers is a plus

    • Must-Have Qualities

  • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding data security
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code
  • Experience building user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows
  • Commitment to writing well-tested, production-ready code
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team

    • Project Examples You'll Work On

  • Building interactive dashboards for tracking residency applications
  • Implementing secure document upload and verification systems
  • Creating visualization tools for mobility asset portfolios
  • Developing automated eligibility assessment tools
  • Experience with AI-powered tools, such as recommendation engines or chatbots, is a plus.
  • Building internal tools for managing user applications and support
