Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced and strategic IP Product Manager to lead the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of our IP products and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of networking technologies and market trends, as well as strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities : Own the full lifecycle of IP products (such as routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN solutions) from concept to end-of-life. Define and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business strategy. Collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams to drive product development and ensure technical feasibility. Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and pricing models in alignment with commercial goals. Support sales teams with product training, documentation, and pre-sales activities. Monitor product performance, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities or required adjustments. Manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors related to IP solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Drive product roadmap planning and communicate progress to internal stakeholders. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications engineer, Eletrical or eletronic Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with IP / networking products. Strong technical knowledge of IP networking protocols (e.g., TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, IPv4 / IPv6). Familiarity with telecom networks, data centers, and enterprise networking. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including experience working in cross-functional teams. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Product certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Huawei) are a plus.
