Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries related to grid connection, claims, electricity meter changes, or social media.

Deliver excellent customer service to support the energy transition.

Work fully remotely without the need to relocate.

Qualifications

German language skills at least C1 level.

Structured and organized work ethic.

Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; career changers are welcome.
