As Commercial Operations Team Manager for Brazil you will be responsible for driving and managing delivery of the P&L targets within the location as well as the overall management of staff, including Operations, Client Relations and provide Commercial Sales activity / activation efforts
Responsibilities will include :
- You will act as the key contact for local stakeholders; ACI; customers; channel partners; trade associations etc.
- You will be responsible for building internal relationships with ACI country management as well as streamlining service delivery to insured customers in order increase NNP inflow and revenue from the insured business line.
- You will ensure pro-active communication and performance in case handling.
- You will work closely alongside both the Regional Heads of Iberia & Americas in order to strengthen and streamline the commercial activities within the wider Americas region and optimize efficiency of existing commercial capacity as well as generate and develop new business and inflow within the region.
- You will be directly responsible for increasing profitable inflow and new business from non-insured customers and segments within Brazil with specific focus on channels, shared service and large, multi-national organisations.
- Point of contact within the region for Operations related topics.
- Responsible for making sure that service delivery processes are implemented and respected, including monitoring of performance, and other service delivery improvements within Operations
- You will drive the delivery of Collections key priorities within the location in order to generate sales & Inflow, improve operational business processes in order to provide optimal customer service and maximise profit.
You will implement and embed global processes and procedures in line with the local requirements as well as localise and implement global program initiatives within the location.
- Ensuring ongoing assessment of performance against key performance targets, identifying and implementing via the Operational regional / country managers corrective actions
- Drive, improve LDC network performance and service delivery
- Coordinates and proposes local / regional innovative initiatives.
- Increase Customer Satisfaction within the region through improved service delivery, in both terms of quality and quantity
- Requirements for the job
- Proven and strong experience working in the (financial services) or related industry, ideally exposed to international markets, dealing with implementing new processes and ability to manage change.
- Thorough knowledge of Receivable Management, First & Third Party debt collection & legal solutions.
- Understand commercial processes & procedures and can take a consultative approach to developing long term partnerships;
- Shows a proactive an assertive approach, with good negotiation skills and a strong and decisive character to implement decisions in an international environment
- Customer advocate focused on meeting and exceeding their expectations of service
- Good understanding of financial and legal environment in order to understand how customer requirements will affect delivery of our solutions
- Enthusiastic, creative contributor, an innovative thinker able to bring new ideas, is open and willingly supports change
- Hard working and self-motivated, you will have good business sense and be target driven;
- Resilience, and flexibility in approach with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to change
- Good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes and is able to interpret and draw relevant customer and industry sector insights from various resources
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal;
- Fluency in English / Portuguese is essential & Spanish, preferred too.
