Job Purpose and ImpactThe Capability Development Analyst will identify and evaluate opportunities across multiple areas, collaborate, and provide details to the respective stakeholders.
This role involves conducting presentations to involved parties, performing analysis to identify and develop optimal benchmark models, and monitoring data related to capability development opportunities and transitions.
Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and monitor capability development and transition analysis.Plan and coordinate business reviews, resource allocations, organization structures, and financial analysis.Identify and support strategic partnerships through significant analysis.Present data insights in a compelling, narrative-driven format tailored to stakeholders.Build models to simulate different portfolio scenarios, including resource constraints, budget shifts, and risk impacts, using scenario modeling and forecasting skills.Utilize machine learning to predict project delays, budget overruns, or resource bottlenecks.Handle complex issues independently, escalating only the most complex to appropriate staff.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications : Experience with PowerBI.Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Background in Business Intelligence.Skills in data visualization and presentation tools.Experience translating business needs into technical processes, tool usage, configurations, and solutions.Preferred Qualifications : Project Management Certification or practitioner experience.Agile mindset, capable of navigating in dynamic and ambiguous environments.Proven experience in project management.Cargill is committed to being an inclusive employer.
