Team Overview :

The Head of 99Entrega is a unique opportunity to help build and grow a solid business inside 99.

This data driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking & inter-personal ability to manage operations, sales and stakeholders.

99Entrega is our last mile delivery service, using cars, motos, and small trucks.

Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment!

Role Responsibilities :

  • Participate actively in the operational strategy and execution of our Entrega business, both C2C and B2C
  • Work in the design and implementation of large scale initiatives that will lead to exponential growth of our business, involving different stakeholders like Ops from Rides, CX, Product, Marketing, BI, etc.
  • Be proactive in identifying new projects and taking ownership
  • Partner and lead with Sales, Credit Rating & Collections and Entrega Ops teams to drive sales productivity and efficiency
  • In partnership with HR and Sales teams, monitor and improve sales compensation and incentive programs
  • Own forecasting and planning process to ensure achievement of targets and key operating metrics
  • Drive the weekly and monthly meetings, creating the rhythm and cadence for sales and ops excellence
  • Build and own all sales and ops dashboards and presentations
  • Build, manage and continue to grow a high-performing group of sales and operations professionals

Role Qualifications :

  • Degree in science / engineering, economics, finance or similar field
  • 8+ years of experience demonstrated success in high-performance environments with strategy, sales and / or operations focus
  • Thought leader : you have robust experience managing high-performance teams and several stakeholders in Brazil and abroad
  • Relevant experience in a fast paced business; Startup or consulting experience is a plus (all-hands-on-deck)
  • Experience in managing sales teams with high growth pace
  • Hands-on mentality and self-starter : you feel comfortable taking ownership to ensure solutions at micro and macro level
  • Passion to drive changes and improvement : you have experience defining and implementing scalable processes and solutions
  • Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions
  • Full proficiency in Portuguese and English (daily interaction with China)
