• Book / match invoices x PO
• Flag, clarify follow-up any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
• Ensure Advances are followed-up and reconciled
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• with buyers and respond to inquiries
• maintain accurate historical records
• maintain confidentiality of organizational information
• Ensure Advances are followed-up and reconciled
• Tax Knowledge (ICMS, CFOP, ISS..)
• Tax credits booking supervision (PIS / COFINS)
• JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration or Production Engineering
• knowledge of accounts payable - previous experience
• 1-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Advanced English Level
• Intermediate Excel Level
