What is the key purpose of a Growth Campaign Manager?As a
GrowthCampaign Manager - Performance Analyticson our LATAM Growth Account Management team, you'll be responsible for supporting account managers who oversee our highest revenue generating performance advertisers in LATAM.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented analyst to join our team in support of Marketing functions.
In this role, you will work closely with our growing Account Management Sales team to manage data requests and provide insights and analysis.
You'll assess marketing tactics as well as product usage and behavior in order to reveal opportunities, help manage spending, streamline processes, and continually refine our ability to explain marketing performance for executive-level action.
This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally between Data & Marketing while directly contributing to Taboola's growth.
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?As a Campaign Manager - Performance Analytics, you will
Be focused on providing reporting, analysis, strategic insights, optimization and recommendations to support campaign performance in the first 90 daysDrive weekly campaign performance meetings, reports to Account Managers and Sales ManagersPartner with other parts for the business such as the BI team for cohesive reporting and analytics approach globally from fields to dashboardBuild dashboards (via analytics tools) that illustrate how key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics are performing, trending, and changing over time.Provide "color" and insights from the findings and make recommendations to the business.
Manage reports to provide various teams with an understanding of how our marketing efforts drive outcomes regarding new accounts.CollaborationWork with each marketing teams to ensure respective channels, platforms, and tools capture the necessary data for your analytics purposes.What skills and qualifications do I need?For this role it is essential that you haveBA / BS requiredExcellent time management and prioritization skillsAre highly capable of keeping cool in a fast paced, evolving environmentSelf-motivation and willingness to think outside the box, results oriented to drive growth for the larger teamA true passion for and knowledge of online marketing with an entrepreneurial spiritIt'd be great if you also have :
