Full Stack Engineer (React / Next.js + NestJS)

Descrição da vaga5+ years of full-stack development experience with React and Node-based frameworks (preferred). Strong expertise with React, Next.js, TailwindCSS , and TypeScript. Solid backend experience with NestJS , REST APIs, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB. Familiarity with authentication, access control, file uploads, and security standards. Comfortable using AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor , or similar to boost speed and quality. Experience deploying to AWS, Vercel, or similar platforms. Git, Docker, and CI / CD experience. Bonus : healthcare, HIPAA, or EMR integration experience. Build high-impact software in healthcare, MedTech, and AI . What You’ll Do
- Build and ship full-stack features from idea to production using React / Next.js on the frontend and NestJS on the backend.
- Design scalable APIs, data models, and UIs that solve user and business problems.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and AI engineers to integrate machine learning or LLM features.
- Own performance, code quality, and security best practices across the stack.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Help architect and evolve systems as they scale.
